Randy and his wife, Dawn, serve as the Lead Pastors of New Hope NRV, a role they took on in April of 2022. They have previously served the body of Christ in a variety of leadership capacities, serving together in full time ministry for 18 years. They have a tremendous desire to

reach all generations for Jesus Christ. Randy and Dawn have four children: Chase, Maia, Cali, and Jaxon. Randy holds a master’s degree in leadership and management from Liberty University.

In addition to serving as Lead Pastors of New Hope NRV, Randy and Dawn also serve as the National Youth Directors for the PCG, which leads over half a million Churches worldwide.
